With special attention to your employees, we take on the entire development process and eco-design of your project. Our material selection is always focused on the environment and the comfort of your employees. We select the best fabrics that are both durable and comfortable, so your team looks good and feels good.
Production
Depending on the quantities and specific customer requirements, productions take place in Europe, Turkey, Morocco, or China. We keep you informed throughout the entire process, so you always know where your products are and at what stage of production they are in.
Logistics
Additionally, we offer a convenient inventory management solution. If you wish, we manage your inventory, and you can easily reorder through our online portal. This way, you can fully focus on your company's core activities, while we ensure that your corporate collection is always up-to-date and available.
Sustainability and Circular Economy
Eco-design
At L&V Fashion, we strive to produce the most sustainable clothing with a long lifespan. We take eco-design very seriously and carefully analyze the most environmentally friendly solutions based on your specific needs. Our range consists exclusively of Oekotex 100 certified fabrics, ensuring they are free from harmful substances. Additionally, we use sustainable materials such as Tencel® and recycled materials, which have a permanent place in our offerings.
Circularity
The longevity of our clothing is one of our highest priorities. Should the clothing reach the end of its lifecycle, we offer a collection and recycling service. Our partners process worn-out clothing into new yarns used for producing new clothing, or into insulation materials and automotive textiles. This way, we contribute to a circular economy and minimize waste.
Product Developer
De jobinhoud
Als Product Developer Zilton ben je end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor het product: vanaf de overdracht vanuit design tot en met bulkproductie en kwaliteitscontrole.
Je bewaakt kwaliteit, pasvorm, timing en uitvoering doorheen het volledige proces en zorgt dat modellen correct en tijdig productieklaar zijn. Je werkt nauw samen met design, aankoop, logistiek en onze externe productiepartners. Afhankelijk van je ervaring kan het takenpakket gefaseerd worden opgebouwd.
Wat ga je doen?
Je bouwt samen met design de collectie op en volgt nieuwe modellen op van eerste sample tot afgewerkt product. Je organiseert en begeleidt doorpas sessies, stuurt correcties aan en bewaakt de administratieve productinformatie en technische goedkeuring vóór productie.
Tijdens de bulkproductie hou je overzicht over planning, prioriteiten en deadlines. Je volgt de productiepartners actief op en neemt initiatief wanneer er vertragingen, technische problemen of kwaliteitsissues ontstaan.
Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor Quality Control. Je bewaakt de kwaliteit tijdens development én productie, voert controles uit en zorgt dat afwijkingen correct worden opgelost en niet blijven terugkomen. Ook na verkoop worden kwaliteitsissues door jou behandelt.
Daarnaast reis je gemiddeld 3 à 4 keer per jaar naar onze productiepartners. Geen zorgen, in het weekend ben je steeds thuis. Daar volg je development, productie en kwaliteit rechtstreeks op met de teams ter plaatse.
Wie ben je?
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de kleding- of confectiesector in een gelijkaardige functie. Je kent het productieproces, begrijpt pasvorm en kledingconstructie en hebt ervaring met product development, fitting, productie-opvolging en kwaliteitscontrole.
Daarnaast ben je:
- punctueel en sterk in opvolging;
- planmatig en goed georganiseerd;
- communicatief sterk;
- iemand die initiatief neemt en problemen niet laat liggen;
- in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en ownership te nemen.
Je communiceert professioneel in Engels en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
